Terms of Service and Investment Agreement

1. Scope of Services

The service provider (“Company”) offers a digital investment platform for various asset classes such as mutual funds, debentures, cryptocurrencies, and alternative assets. Investors (“Users”) may register, review investment information, and make investment decisions independently.

2. Membership Requirements

• Users must be at least 20 years of age.

• Users must provide accurate and truthful personal information and agree to customer due diligence (KYC/AML) processes.

• Users must use a bank account under their own name for investment transactions.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

• All investments carry risk. Users should conduct their own research prior to making any investment decisions.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• The Company does not guarantee any returns or capital protection.

• Users are solely responsible for their investment choices and any resulting outcomes.

4. Data Privacy and Security

• The Company will securely store and manage user information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

5. Fees and Charges

• Investments may be subject to fees such as management fees, early withdrawal penalties, or platform usage fees.

• All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before the user confirms the investment.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Investment orders may be canceled within a specified time period depending on the asset type.

• Upon cancellation, the Company will process a refund to the user’s registered bank account within 7 business days, minus any applicable fees.

Specific Terms by Asset Class

1. Mutual Funds / Corporate Bonds

• Users must read the offering memorandum or prospectus before investing.

• Some products may include lock-in periods during which funds cannot be withdrawn.

2. Digital Assets (e.g., Cryptocurrencies)

• These carry high volatility and may involve systemic and technological risks.

• The Company does not guarantee the value of digital assets post-purchase.

3. Real Estate / REITs / Fractional Property Investments

• Returns may be distributed in the form of rental income or profit sharing.

• Terms vary by project and will be disclosed individually before investment.
